This is already possible with "cloud services". When notes are exported to the cloud, they are all converted to PDF. So, I have a folder on Dropbox where PDF versions of all my notes exist.

Now that pdf import works so well, one can use papyrus to read and comment on articles and books. But scrolling in the notes is still not as good as reading in a dedicated reader like ezPDF. To improve the reading experience, it would be great to be able to scroll between pages with the volume button, and maybe even use swipes to flip pages.
