    There are multiple versions of this idea in this suggestion board. It's a good idea, and we should pool our votes behind the leading folder/nesting/structure idea to elevate it.

    I import a PDF, keep it as a "blank" page master at the beginning or end of the notebook, then keep duplicating that blank page to write on top of. That's my workaround for now
