Export in native format
This would allow a user to edit notes between devices. For example create a note on Tab A and export to a Dropbox folder and then open and edit on Note 7 phone also running Squid. You can export to .pdf but then editing cannot be done on the original.
Hope this can be included in the next update..so far squid is still the best note taking app in android
I would like edit a note yhan i created in another one and have them sync manually
First of all your app is great.
I suggest you to improve one thing. I really think that saving project separately would be a great option. Now it is possible to save all projects to one bak file. Therefore now I must gather all projects in Squid app which is makes it less movable. My bak file constantly increases and now sending it through my mobile device becomes problematic.
Today everyone wants to operate his data freely.
I would be grateful if you could answer telling me about your philosophy concerning this issue.
this was a good idea. On the situation: I share a PDF(exported from a note) to my partner, he want to do some change, but he can't. when he give me the changed PDF, I need fix my file again.
This software save my notes in jpg, pdf e png. So sometimes I would like to open it in another table. Not the all backup, only one specific note. So I miss that one way to save in squid format.
I was going to add this to the list. We use a template for service reports and once filled out we email it back to the office. Would be nice to "Save As" type the call number as the PDF file name and then export it to email all while leaving the original template untouched.

For group projects it would be nice if everyone could edit the notes of everyone else, so it would be nice if you could add a export function for a single note into a file that could be edited with Papyrus/Squid.
I agree we need a way to save as or make a copy of a papyrus file. This would allow for me to make a template and reuse it.
Please give a "Save as" function to the menu ( I mean save as into Papyrus format and not into pdf or JPEG)! Without this I have to use the S-Note instead of Papyrus. ... Or inform me how can I activate this function in your program (firstname.lastname@example.org).
